2. Information, not medical advice
Content on this site describes the treatments we offer and is for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation. Suitability for any treatment, expected results and risks are assessed individually in clinic. Before and after images show results for individual clients and are not a guarantee of your outcome. Images credited to a manufacturer are provided by that manufacturer.
3. Bookings and consultations
- Online bookings are made through our booking system, provided by Phorest. A booking is a request for an appointment and is confirmed by us.
- A consultation is required before many treatments, including Sofwave, so that we can confirm suitability and pricing.
- Prices shown on the site are a guide and may change. The price confirmed at consultation or booking is the one that applies.
- Our cancellation, late arrival and deposit terms are explained when you book and in clinic. Please read them before confirming an appointment.
- Treatments are for adults. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at consultation.
4. Gift vouchers
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase unless stated otherwise, can be used against treatments and products at Panache Medi Spa, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost vouchers cannot be replaced without proof of purchase.
5. Using this site
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access to the site at any time for maintenance or security.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, logos, photographs and other content on this site belong to Panache Medi Spa or are used under licence. Trade marks such as Sofwave™ and Dermalux® belong to their owners. You may view and print pages for personal use but may not copy, reproduce or republish content without our written permission.
7. Third-party links and services
The site links to and embeds third-party services, including our booking system, Google Maps and social media. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
8. Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date but cannot promise it is free of errors or always available. We may change content, treatments and prices at any time without notice.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or from reliance on its content. Our liability in relation to treatments is governed by the terms agreed in clinic.
